Russian Delicacies and the Society of Responsible Accountants

I've been browsing an auction site and finding some cute Russian ephemera:

This is a two-cent coupon for a drink called booza (I had to look it up in a dictionary). It is made of fermented sorghum, buckwheat or barley, and it is slightly alcoholic (what an apt name).

This is a five-cent coupon for I don't know what – some consumer goods sold in a Russian Co-operative Store operated by the delightfully named Society of Responsible Accountants.
