The building is fortunately still there! It is now part of the Yueyang Hospital. I've been there and took a photo of perhaps the foundation plague.

Redeco: from the 1980s tile-clad to nouveau-deco
Chrystal Palace has become a thing! I remember it only as a locked-up dusty brick mansion with a strange plaque. Is it now a cafè, an art gallery or some creative co-working hub?
